A few hours a day DMing is the most ideal trait that we would look for, however the bare minimum would be at least a few quests a week.
You will also be expected to attend meetings, give input to topics on the staff forum.

Past DM Experience with NWN
Past DM Experience with PnP (it should be stressed that DMing NWN is much different from PnP)
Good history within the server
Ability to get along well with others
Good Morale and willingness to be a member of the team.

How does this application process work
Step One : Apply via the form provided below in the correct format
Step Two : You will be contacted (on the basis of your application) for a trial run on a seperate server with players and monitored by a current DM.
Step Three : If the DM believes you have been sucessful in your trail and you have the ability, you will be invited to a short meeting with the rest of the staff.
Step Four : The Staff will then vote on whether or not to accept you as a Junior DM for a period of one month.
Step Five : Provided you have been an asset over your one months trial you will be appointed as a Full DM
